Meet Tony

Balanced Coaching emerged from a personal journey that sparked a fervent passion for unlocking individual potential. Following retirement, I faced a challenging divorce and the need to supplement my pension. With a lifelong love for coaching, particularly in athletics and Pilates, I began guiding others towards their physical goals.

I noticed that many athletes were consumed by excessive training and lost sight of their true priorities, I delved deeper into the mind-body connection. As a certified holistic mindset coach, I now use these principles with my clients.

The outcomes have been remarkable. Beyond physical achievements, my clients have gained clarity and self-understanding. By helping people overcome self-sabotage and limiting beliefs, I’ve discovered the true impact my work can have.

Today, at Balanced Coaching, we’re dedicated to guiding individuals towards their desired success. At 15, I faced a life-altering challenge: major corrective scoliosis surgery. This experience transformed me, instilling resilience and a deep desire to empower others. Inspired by my own journey, I embarked on a path of personal growth and discovered the incredible power of mindset.
Now, as a mindset and Pilates teacher, I guide individuals on their transformative journeys. Together, we break free from limiting beliefs, cultivate resilience, and unlock their untapped potential. Through the practice of Pilates, we build strength, improve posture, and foster a profound mind-body connection.

I felt I was gradually getting less mobility in my joints and muscles, developing more aches, pains and stiffness. I’d heard of the benefits of Pilates but was concerned about my ability to do the exercises and also I believed that such classes were normally mainly female and for females. I learnt about the existence of these when I called into Cantley Community Centre to get a copy of their spring programme. I was surprised to see how mixed up the make up of the group was. It demonstrated to me how simple the exercises were to do under control as explained by our tutor, Tony. I now feel more mobile and able to extend further in several exercises when techniques of relaxing into a position were explained.
