Half Marathon Training Plan (Sub 2 Hours)


This plan assumes that you are in good physical health, if you have any doubts check with your Doctor before commencing any training program.

This 12 week plan is aimed at those runners who are running 3-4 times per week and are looking to complete a Half Marathon under 2 Hours. It is a perfect fit for those who can’t or don’t want to do excessive mileage.

Typical week 2 days off, 5 Run.

Total weekly training time: 3-5:20 hours

Longest workout: 2:20 hours
