Your first Middle Distance Triathlon 70.3


This plan assumes that you are in good physical health, if you have any doubts check with your Doctor before commencing any training program.

This 18 week plan is aimed at novices and people who are looking to complete their first Middle Distance Triathlon (70.3) It is a perfect fit for those who can’t or don’t want to do excessive mileage.

Typical week 1 day off, 2 swim, 2 bike and 2 run.

Total weekly training time: 5:00 – 9:40 hours

Longest workout: 3:15 hr
